Shipping and Handling

I can ensure you that as soon as I receive your order I will get started on getting it shipped to you safely! Although, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to process. I put a lot of care and love into each package. I use trusted carriers that provide tracking so you can follow your shipment on its journey to you! I aim to get your painting to you as soon as possible and safely, but sometimes unexpected issues may delay delivery (such as holidays, weather conditions, carrier issues, etc.). International Shipping

All orders shipped internationally are processed with care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

I always aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by location and are subject to customs clearance. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to see where your painting is at on its journey.

Custom paintings?

I primarily focus on my own artistic concepts and ideas, as this is where my creative energy thrives. However, I am open to hearing your suggestions and exploring the possibility of collaborating on a custom painting. If you have specific themes or elements in mind, feel free to share them, and we can discuss how to incorporate those ideas into a piece that resonates with both of us.༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ

Return/Exchange policy

Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Please note that I do not accept refunds on any purchased artworks. However, I am happy to offer exchanges if you find yourself in need of a different piece. If you would like to discuss an exchange, please send me a message here, and we can work together to find a suitable replacement. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, (which is rare), please notify me as soon as you are able, preferably 48 hours of delivery. I may request photos of the damage for my records and will work on sending you a replacement when able.
